About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with proven track record in marketing and communications to lead our clients to better, more innovative solutions that help them communicate better.
You will be responsible for the management of international marketing communications projects with full responsibility for customer satisfaction by offering best practice services and solutions to Tamooz clients.
Responsibilities include:
· Build professional and long-term client relations while keeping the company's interests at the highest priority
· Take ownership of your clients and guide and introduce them to new strategies and communications channels to help achieve their business and marketing goals
· Be responsible for all aspects of project deliverables including the project’s budget
· Responsibility on customer facing communication through the project phases
· Responsibility for all project budget aspects
· Internal interfaces with design studio, digital department and production
· Represent the Tamooz brand when travelling (up to 30% of the time)
Requirements
University / College Degree (Business/Marketing preferred)
3+ years proven experience in project management
English mother tongue (or other EU language) and high level Hebrew
Capable to find resourceful and reasonable solutions to immediate problems
Strong written and oral communication skills - the ability to communicate effectively with executives and their staff, present ideas effectively to all audiences, and write in a clear, concise, organized, and effective manner
Problem-solving skills - accurately anticipates the impact of actions on business outcomes and comfortably handles uncertainty or ambiguity
Emotional control - open to hearing and considering other people's ideas, be able to make good decisions under pressure, and stay courteous and respectful when under stress
Multicultural - comfortable working with people from all backgrounds and seeing issues from different cultures' perspectives
Multi-tasking - able to manage multiple projects at one time
Outstanding relationship building and client management
